i was 210 but now im down to 187 in 3 months. i'm trying to get smaller and i look too old, people think im a mom.
i want to look cute.
my goal weight: 130 lbs
height: 5ft7 or 170 cm
diet: morning- rice and meat- 300 calories small bowl or mostly nothing but water.
lunch- salad-400 calories
dinner- nothing 0 calories or sometimes rice- 200 calories
i try to get enough exercise as possible, staircases and other walking and running.
im not very wealthy and currently in need.
do you know how i can get slimmer faster?
(im not currently owning a scale so i do lose motivation a lot and my mom said no to getting one.
my mom is hella skinny so she can't relate to me in terms of body confidence.)
