I'm really insecure about my breasts, what do I do?

I'm a 36 DDD and they sag a bit, and have a weird shape, and one is bigger than the other, very noticeably bigger... even when I wear clothes. It's extremely embarrassing..

My boyfriend told me that they look funny when the bounce, and that my areolas and nipples are bigger than average. (He didn't mean it in a bad way but I'm insecure about them now)

I don't know what to do. I've looked up pills that supposedly work, and I'm considering having breast surgery in the future. I feel so disgusting. I don't want him seeing my breasts anymore and I'm afraid to be in public and people looking at them...

What do I do?

Omg girl, be PROUD. That's a larger, but beautiful breast size. I'm sure your boyfriend loves them!
You shouldn't be insecure with your body, it's who you are and what you were born with.
I have the opposite problem. I have A cup boobs that basically aren't noticable whatsoever, unless i'm wearing a pushup bra.
Hell, I even have popcorn fall in between my boobs at the movies bec i have no cleavage. -_-'
But, I'm fine with that. Yes your breasts are larger, but don't be so negative on yourself.
You need to get a correct fitting bra (go get measured!) with lots of support to help your back, and rock some of the lovely lingerie you can find!!
Many women pay thousands of dollars to have breasts enhanced, and lucky you have natural ones. No one's breasts are perfect, even mine aren't the exact same size!
So don't fret it :)

If you require surgery because they are hurting your back, or giving you spinal problems, then go for it. But I wouldn't jump into surgery right now. You have to learn to love yourself, and trust me, your boyfriend probably loves your figure, and everything about you. Unbalances boobs are nothing!!

Surgery for back pain may not even be required. I have a theory that strengthening the back, lats and other associated muscles would solve a lot of those problems. There are ways to do that with high resistance equivalent to weights, without the need to lift anything.

Its mainly the unevenness that bothers me a lot. One is DDD and the other is like a DD. Even when I wear clothes there is a noticeable difference.

The unevenness may be partly due to the muscle beneath it being stronger on your dominant side, have you ever done any chest routines? Sagginess can also be helped by increasing the collagen production in the body. I suggest you read up about hydrolyzed collagen supplementation.

I've seen women have major changes in tone just from that. Never underestimate the power of what you eat.

How much iodine do you get in your diet? breasts, particularly bigger ones need a lot and without enough, they often develop fibrocystic lumps.

All breasts are different and women that start going up in cup sizes usually have one larger than the other. It's fairly common. Areolas are also different from size to shade. There is no right or wrong. The only way I'd say breast surgery as an option is if they start causing pain in the future. With breasts as large as yours, they tend to cause back problems. But sports bras are nice very heavy chested women. They tend to hold them in place better than the casual wire bras.

Accept them. All breasts are asymmetrical to some extent. Whole body is filled with asymmetry. Accept it or be plagued by such a useless thought.
