I'm insecure about my breasts in my swimsuit, how can I learn to feel more confident, or just not care?

I'm going to the beach soon, my bathing suit exposes my beasts quite a bit.

I'm a 36 DDD, but they are fairly saggy... sadly. I'm looking to get a breast lift eventually. They are noticeably saggy and I feel like an old woman, even though they have been saggy since freshman year of high school.

Anyway, I don't have perky boobs. They don't look nice like a models. It makes me upset because I always here that men prefer women with perkier breasts, and would prefer smaller perky breasts compared to bigger saggier ones because perky ones seem more fertile and younger.

The picture below looks similar to mine, but this isn't me, just a pic I found in an article.

Why get a breast lift in the first place? You are just replacing one issue with another and not helping anything with your heavy breasts. You will still get back pain eventually.

How about getting a breast reduction to a C-cup instead?

I would not go below a C-cup because the breasts still need to keep an overall aesthetic look with the rest of the body and from the look of your body appearance, a C-cup would be ideal.

That way, not only do you do something for your health but also for your self-confidence and you match the breasts to your overall looks.

You will get massive scars in any case, so why not go for a reduction rather than implants that will only temporarily solve your problem?

1) Many men would literally jizz in their pants to see your tits. Don't adopt this notion that all men want instagram models.
2) Your physical appearance is no one else's concern. At the beach, most people are likely just as worried about themselves and not even slightly worried about you.
3) HOWEVER - if you're that insecure, then try a pushup bikini to life your triple D's up. Otherwise, just do it. Your tits don't have to pay rent to anyone just to exist.

No problem man. I'm petite and used to be insecure because depsite my best efforts, I have little booty syndrome. While it's "nice" in its own right, it's no Kim K badonadonk. It used to bother me some until I realized how stupid it was because not only have I never had complaints, it isn't like I could change it anyway.

Just embrace what you have and work with it. Agonizing over it and drawing attention to your insecurities makes it uglier than it actually is. In truth, if you embrace and don't apologize, you'd be amazed how you'll attract people who like you just as you are.
