What training should I follow for build the legs of colleen fotsch?

oh wow, Colleen is built. I would avoid the use of steroids at all cost especially if you're a woman. Those are unnatural hormones that women should not have in large doses. Find high protein foods and shakes, and powders. Steroid can have physical altering effects on you.

yes I agree, a lot of it is genetics. But you can get close you really have to lift some heavy weights and really focus on lower body workouts.

She's a crossfitter, so she does a ton of squats, cleans and deadlifts. That should be the base of your training, and then if you need more volume on top of that, add things like leg press, belt squats, leg extensions, leg curls, and other leg accessory work.

generally for hypertrophy, 3-5 sets of 8-15 work well. And i dont know who told you that, but they're wrong. Sure, women build a little less muscle than men due to men having higher testosterone levels, but you can definitely become really strong without them. Maybe not quite as big as Colleen Fotsch, but still bigger than half the guys you see in the gym

She competes in a drug-tested powerlifting federation, so you have the ability to be as big as her without steroids, assuming you train for long enough. Im sure there are better examples, but as a powerlifter myself, i tend to know much more about powerlifting than bodybuilding

at the end of the day, you need to train your butt off for 5-10 years before you approach either of their physiques/strength levels, so just push yourself as hard as you can and dont give up
