There are definitely some ways you can start building your booty and thighs at home without having to lift weights at the gym yet. Here are some suggestions:
- Squats - Do bodyweight squats holding dumbbells or a weighted bag for more resistance. Start with 3 sets of 15-20 squats daily.
- Leg lifts - Lie on your back and lift one leg up at a time, holding for 5 counts. 3 sets of 15-20 on each side.
- Step ups - Use a bench or step and step up one leg at a time. Hold hand weights for more challenge.
- Fire hydrants - On all fours, lift one leg out to the side as high as you can. 3 sets of 15 each leg.
- Calf raises - Stand on your toes and lower down slowly. Hold onto something if needed for balance.
- HIIT workouts - YouTube has tons of booty/leg focused HIIT videos you can follow along with at home.
- Increase your protein intake to build more muscle as you work out.
Be consistent with your home workouts 3-4x per week and you should start seeing gains in no time. Just listen to your body and don't overdo it. Let me know if you have any other questions!
