This was completely an accident and I feel so horrible about it. He was in pain for hours and said it felt like he had a horrible heart beat in one of his balls. Is he actually injured or will he be okay after a while?

Oh, those electric flyswaters are totally harmless to testicles. Don't give it another thought. It takes a monumental amount of electricity to destroy tissue. You'd have to worry about his heart and brain first. They run on electrical impulses.

  I swung an electric fly swatted at a fly but ended up hitting him directly in the crotch area and he said somehow the shock directly electrocuted his left ball. I felt so bad but it is kind of funny
