Why do I have a white pimple in my mouth help?

It’s not on my tounge but on the left side behind my tounge there’s a white tiny pimple. It’s weird and never saw it before. It’s late and will go to doctor tomorrow morning. I have had trouble eating solid food for some months now but never had that pimple. Sometimes I don’t cbrush my teeth 3xa day and forget. I went to the dentist few days ago and I didn’t that there. Just my gum was hurting and they said to brush my teeth and gums well. Its like a random pimple freaks me out

It's not a pimple, it's a tonsil stone, and those can cause very very bad breath. I think they can be caused when the body is fighting of infection, but many think it's food that gets trapped in the tonsil crpyts and ferments / rots and the bacteria grows.

Just noticed that you mentioned gum pain so my theory is it's related to that. I'm not a Doctor though so bear this in mind.

I predict that the Doctor will tell you the same thing I just did, and will also say ''don't worry about it''. Update us on what happens.

Indeed, it looks like a tonsil stone. I'm a dentist, and I've seen it a few times before, and a lot of the time it's because a patient complains if bad breath, I take a look, and lo and behold, tonsil stones. I haven't seen any large ones though, aside from text book and online pictures.

They do go away, but sometimes they are still there hidden and just look like they have gone.

It's unlikely to be serious, it just causes pain and irritation because of where it is. The tonsils are quite delicate so the bigger the stone, the more it may hurt.

Some can go away from coughing, gargling, or while eating / swallowing rough food. I think that may only apply to the smaller ones though. Most get rid of them specifically, but depending on the cause, they may return.

Yea, you won't be able to because the tonsils are probably inflamed and / or swollen. When that goes back to normal, then you will be ok.

Check under your armpits to see if any lymph nodes are swollen. I assume the Doctor did not do that already.

I'm a dentist, and I've seen this before. This really looks like a tonsil stone (tonsillolith). It might just be that; some calcified debris embedded in your tonsil. Tonsilloliths are not serious, and normally go away on their own. Just make sure you monitor it for any changes, like if it starts to hurt more, or starts to grow bigger. I'm guessing that's what the doctor will tell you, but don't worry too much. The chances that it could be anything more serious is very unlikely.

Looks like a tonsil stones like someone said. Anyone ever tell you your breath smelled. It looks to be right about where your tonsils are, from where your nose drains into your throat. It comes from your diet, not drinking enough water. I’ve had it myself, still get it occasionally. You could try using a q-tip to remove it, never worked for me so I had to use my finger to remove it. Be careful through if you try that, can scrape the back of your throat w your nail.

Well actually I think diet would be ok just be sure to brush after meals, floss and drink plenty of fluids.

Wait in the throat or in the mouth? If it's kinda flat it ain't a pimple, and it's gonna hurt like hell, but you also need to brush it, even if a little blood comes out (not too much), to clean it since it would most probably be bacteria, don't worry it'll probably go away in 3 days if you brush it..
If it's a pimple in the mouth, pop it (I know it sounds disgusting, it'll just taste like blood and feel like a liquid, and make sure to not eat too much unhealthy stuff to not get it infected
