I have eczema on the corners of my mouth. I do have some hyperpigmentation around mouth. Every time I meet someone or am talking to them I feel like they are looking at my eczema. I also have noticed people touch the corner of their mouths. Am I just being paranoid or do people unconsciously touch their mouths because they think my eczema is gross? Or are afraid to get it?
