I got a dog bite on my wrist. How bad does it look?

So you know how dogs jump in excitement when they see you for the first time the whole day? My dog was doing that today and he must have accidentally bitten or scratched me a little. Not really mad at him since I know it was an accident, but I'm still a little nervous about it. I put some alcohol and neosporin on it and it seems kinda fine I guess. Is it really that bad or am I just overreacting? How bad does it look?

No but really wtf are you worrying about? It's a little scratch, barely even broke skin. Also if you're worried about infections etc, dog mouths are actually cleaner than humans from what I've heard, though I haven't fact checked that so don't quote me on it.

Looks fine. It's a minor scratch. You did the right thing by cleaning it with alcohol and putting Neosporin on it though. You're good. 🙂

My cat has given me scratches that were deep enough to leave scars and I'm still alive. So, you should be alright, but still, keep an eye on it for any sign of infection, and keep the area clean and keep applying nerosporin.

Wash with soap and water, pour a little hydrogen peroxide over it, Neosporin, a bandage, and it'll heal just fine. As long as the dog has no diseases you will be fine.

That arm looks pretty dead to me. I'd say you cut it off with a rusty axe now otherwise the infection will spread throughout your entire body
