Are my dog's paws okay?

Hello,

I didn't know where else to put this.

Fellow dog owners, do my dog's hind paws look fine to you? She's been experiencing weakness in legs for days now, it's like she drags her hind legs and keeps losing coordination. And today, I found this on her hind paws.

(I am going to the vet's office tomorrow, I am just asking this to gather information from other owners). Does this look like an infection or injury to you? Is it bad? Please help me relieve my stress.

Not ok, looks like she stepped on something. But the vet will find out what it is.
