How often do you poop a week?

I find myself going possibly 3 times a week and it all sees very normal to me. How often do yo go a week? Are there some days where you have to go more than once?

ideally people would go after every substantial meal (so about 3x's a day)
i go generally once daily

a few times a week isn't really good unless you are eating foods that leave no waste. i read that for every bowel movement the body gets rid of at least about 3lbs of waste. think about that one... potentially 9lbs a day of waste people could shed if they had regular bowel movements after meals
