Witch Hazel, Epsom salt (when taking baths), can help you with that. Also, high-fiber foods and staying hydrated, as well as regular exercise and not sitting for longer periods are recommended as well. If possible, try to switch out normal toilet paper for (soothing) wipes (you can even find some that includes Witch Hazel).
You need to shove a soothing suppository in there to sooth it and heal it. Pooping usually aggravates the condition.

Yeah it's painful af but itll be gone in a week but for now put some ice cubes on it to ease the pain. Also buy haemorroid cream in the future.
