Pain Help please?

I need to go to the dentist on Tuesday but the water is going to hurt ( my teeth are temperature sensitive and most dentistrys don't use heated water) so this is going to hurt like a bitch anyone have any ideas of how to lessen the pain

it may be they need to lightly numb other areas of your mouth
