Depends what do you mean by "bodybuilder". Either way, they are not all ugly. However professional bodybuilders, along with any other steroid users, have to suffer some changes in their face as well, simply the steroids and hormones they inject often change the face structure to a degree
1. Steroids wreck the face.
2. Insecurities, looking to compensate
Most guys (70%) I see in the gym are,
1. shorter than average
2. Not to great facial features, even without roids
3. Some serious lack of "game"
4. Insecure
One of my friends is a body builder but he is not ugly at all
When you do things that make you strain like you're doing massive poop, and you do it 8 hours a day, it'll have an effect.
Make up for something they lack
