Makeup makes ugly people uglier?

I notice this because I work in fashion. I don’t understand why some people put on makeup when they don’t have the face or bone structure for it. I think makeup is made for natural beauty faces. I think ugly women should not wear makeup. It just highlights how ugly they are. I think that very light makeup suits an unattractive face. The only women who should be in heavy makeup is a natural pretty face. Makeup brands make millions off of ugly women buying makeup. It sounds harsh but I just noticed this. What do you think?

I disagree. Makeup can make any woman look more attractive. That doesn't mean it will make an ugly woman beautiful.
And there is also super ugly makeup. If it looks fake, it will make an attractive woman look repellent.

That is true in a way, but I still think that the common person who is not good at makeup or not an artist will make themselves look worst.

Oh yes. I agree. That's why I made the comment about ugly makeup. Some women do god awful things with it. I, personally, think anything that looks fake is ugly. Some of the eyelashes, eye liner and eye shadow? 🤮🤮🤮
I've looked up photos of makeup on-line and seen tutorials of the latest fashions, and that stuff is so unbelievably gaudy that it's disgusting. It makes women look like transvestites or clowns.

Some people just don’t know how to wear makeup properly, such like whats suitable makeup look for their types of face, what to enhance, where to highlight and contour, what makeup shades is right and compliments their skin tone

Most people tend to follow new makeup trends which are not all would look good on them but they still push it through lol

Each to their own. I think that makeup can make anyone look better, if it’s applied correctly to their face shape, eye shape etc. Makeup styles are not a “one-type-fits-all” sort of thing.

I actually noticed that a lot. Let's just not say ugly but people with very uncommon facial features because there are people who are conventionally unattractive , but still looks far better when they apply makeup.

Most women benefit from makeup. Take that away and women are just as ugly as men. No hiding the bags under your eyes, no hiding your latest out break, no hiding blotchy skin.
