Psereonally I don’t think you need to lose any weight, on your face or otherwise. As for your question, unfortunately you really can’t target fat loss like you can muscle gain. Your body just takes fat from wherever it feels like it, and typically the butt the chest the belly and the face are the last places to go, but not for everyone. So likely you would have to be unhealthily skinny in order to noticeable thin out your face, and I would never recommend that. Besides, like I said you don’t really need to lose weight.
