I love to sleep, play my Sims and watch adult animated cartoons... I also binge eat carbs which is completely unhealthy.

Healthy: I bake my own bread, I make my own toothpaste, I use interdental brush, Epsom salt for bath, no poo or gel (only maybe quarterly). I drink filtered and distilled water re-mineralised with Himalayan Pink Salt. I take two spoonfuls of coconut oil every day, eat 34 almonds (and other nuts), half a bell of pepper for vit c, 1/3 litre goat's milk for calcium, and 1 litre coconut water for potassium. Everything else from kale, spinach and salmon. Thinking about psyllium husk for fibre but not fussed right now.
Unhealthiest thing I do? Probably eating fish and chips once a week, but I think I'll never do that again now, so that leaves breathing urban smog sometimes. I should move to a remote beach or up into the mountains of something. Other than that I need more exercise and start yoga. Waiting to find a partner for that I suppose.Furthering my education (healthy), at the expense of sleep. Extreme sleep deprivation is a necessary evil in high school, especially at a competitive school as mine is, and the effects later in life are terrifying. Scares the hell out of me. Then again, so does getting a B. And not getting into college. So, here we are: sleep deprived, and a decent GPA. Fuck the American school system— it’s, undeniably, broken.
Probably smoking. There's a documentary on Chernobyl out. Apparently Chernobyl was up-river from the place in Turkey that grows most of the country's tobacco. If you measure the radiation from Turkish tobacco, indeed, it's still like 10x background. Obvious thing to do would be to avoid Turkish tobacco, except it's mixed into nearly all other brands..
The unhealthiest thing I do is I drink about 2~ bottles of hard liquor a month, and I have the occasional sugar free energy drink when I'm out.
The healthiest thing I do, is the rest of my diet.
No rice, no grains, no bread, no gluten, no added sugar, keeping an eye on my macros and using healthier alternatives where I can (coconut flour, avocado oil, erythritol sweeteners etc).I eat really healthy during the week and workout pretty much every day and lose weight and then I pig out during the weekend on alcohol, desserts and good food and gain. Lol...
