These are my bod goals generally they’re skinny all over mostly and have a small waist flat belly with skinny legs no cellulite
My waist is small technically at 26 inches but because i have love handles my curves or defined waist isn’t very noticeable. To be honest I am quite fustrated about my weight and eating healthy and not much is super easy for me but i am not sure what exercises to do or how to get like them or if it’s even possible. If you know any tips how i could get like them please help. Also i only have a ten pound weight and a treadmill i could also go outside
