How to get a 22 inch waist in 2 months?

So currently my measurements are 34-24-34 I have a 24 inch waist but it can fluctuate between 24-25 depending on if I am bloated. I want to make my waist 21-22 inches in 2 months. I am small boned. I want to have the “haven’t eaten in days” starved look of runway models for an upcoming wedding. I want my pictures to look really good.

I know I need to work out and I will start a low calorie diet.

My current dress size is a US 2 but I want to become a US 00.

that's really hard to get to. i've dated a beautiful female that couldn't fit in that size so she bought kids jeans. sometimes there's nothing that you can do.

but i would tell you to try lot's of cardio and slimming exercises. drink lots of water and then quit the water the day of the pictures. it's how bodybuilders look more cut before a competition.

I think with a lot of cardio and the right diet it’s quite easy to attain (if you have the will power and bone structure - both aren’t an issue here) but it is very hard to maintain and it’s something I want to maintain long term. I can eat like a pig and stay a size 2 but I feel like if I returned to normal habits and stopped working out I would return to a size 2 because I currently do not work out. It is something I need to incorporate a part of my daily routine. I think it would do me a lot of good because working out makes me less stressed out and helps my migraines and lets me get tired and sleep early. Having a cleaner diet will also do wonders for my physical and mental wellbeing and also make me less irritable and angry. I think I just need to get on with it and make a realistic plan for when I can make time to do an hour of cardio everyday and also to create a diet plan.

Need to incorporate as part of my daily routine* I believe in myself! A person can have whatever he wishes to have. Hard work will pay off. It will make me healthier and look even better.

a very unnecessary thing to buy when running is free, but i buy my own machines. ellypticals, treadmills, rowing machines, bike machines... the great thing about those is that when you own them you can use them whenever you want to.

Your measurements are perfect the way they are. If you really want to shrink your waistline for the wedding wear a girdle.
