Need advice on how to get fit in only two months?

basically im 125 lbs 5'4" and have a lot i need to work on when it comes to my health. i guess i have the type of body that people think is "not fat" but its only because i know what type of clothes compliment it. like i avoid wearing certain clothes that shows how terrible my body shape actually is but when i wear other types of clothes i actually look thin (but im not). i dont have a workout routine and im not on a diet, but i want (actually, need) to start taking care of myself. mainly i just wanna be confident in how i look.

in two months or so there's something im looking forward to and i guess im making it a motivation for me to actually stick to what i want to do. except i also dont know where to start and what to do. really any type of advice and/or tips would help me out.
