Like notice a much bigger change.
I’ve been working out 6 days a week. Eating steaks 🥩 every night. Trying to sleep well 5-7hrs a night.
I’m a skinny guy and started about a few weeks ago. I’m noticing very small changes.
I workout at home. I do squats. Press-ups with the handle bars.
I also have dumbbells 10kg. I do a variety of bicep curls.
