I think the term "addicted" is generally overused today to reference anything that a person does daily. Let's say the gym is a healthy habit. One wouldn't go for hours on end, but a healthy 30-45min routine three times a week (or a daily 15-20min routine) is healthy because you break a sweat, kick up your endorphins and can be a healthier version of yourself.

I’d say I’m pretty addicted. Or maybe at this point of my life I’m driven by the fear of falling apart and looking old and out of shape lmao

I can't say I'm addicted to working out. But I do think I'm addicted to keeping my bodyfat range within the healthy range. Waking up & feeling lean is like a high for me in a way. 🤣
