I think the term "addicted" is generally overused today to reference anything that a person does daily. Let's say the gym is a healthy habit. One wouldn't go for hours on end, but a healthy 30-45min routine three times a week (or a daily 15-20min routine) is healthy because you break a sweat, kick up your endorphins and can be a healthier version of yourself.

I can't say I'm addicted to working out. But I do think I'm addicted to keeping my bodyfat range within the healthy range. Waking up & feeling lean is like a high for me in a way. 🤣
