I hate it. It sets off my asthma. I also don't find that I feel better afterward. Usually when I'm nauseous it's because of pain. I don't get stomach bugs often, but I get really bad headaches that, if I ignore them for too long, can make me nauseous and give me chills. I'm also allergic to the anticoagulant in mosquito bites, so even one of those can also make me sick. But either way, it's usually not just a stomach bug, or food poisoning, so throwing up does nothing to fix it, and just makes me feel gross and unable to breathe, and messes up my voice. The nausea is a symptom, not the problem itself.
If it's bad enough that I know I'm going to throw up at some point anyway, I'd like to just get it over with so that I can go to bed. But if it's at all possible, I do what I can to prevent it from happening.

I hate going through the nausea and the vomiting process but afterwards I feel like a completely new person and able to do anything. Until 10 minutes later and I’m in more pain than I began with :/ This is only with anxious vomiting, not viral or some other illness. I’ve researched the reasoning behind this and it’s because throwing up requires lots of strong muscles contractions and in a sense can be related to working out. Also your brain tries to calm you down so you won’t be afraid of throwing up. Those two combined results in a rush of those feel good endorphins and that’s what’s responsible for that feeling people may experience afterwards.
Hi. I had Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (or BPPV) recently for the first time. That went away. There was no way puking would be of any use in that condition. I get migraines periodically, especially if I'm not careful. Puking helps with that. Not eating before bed helps more. I am not sure if the problem started first in the head and then the gut but I suspect they both contribute and relieving the gut of undigested undigestible food helps. Also it helps when I have acid reflux. I feel that is just the same as a migraine without the head being affected. When the stomach for whatever reason can't digest, it's better to get it up. It depends is the answer. I have become a pro at puking. If I slept more and actually if I would lift LESS I'd probably get sick less.
Puke is puke and the acid reflux in my throat really hurts.
Hint: if you feel nauseous, try a sip of "phosphorated glucose". "Emetrol" is one brand of this. Or, if you have access to a Polish food store, get a bottle of concentrated "cola syrup" and take a shot of that.

I will do everything in my power to keep from vomiting. I just had surgery on my esophagus and that's been the hardest thing. I have had nausea and I am told if I vomit I can undo the stitches in my esophagus. I never leave home without anything for nausea.
It does relieve the pressure and pain but I hate that after vomitting my stomach is empty so I have to eat again.
Horrible. The last time I vomited was from drinking a Starbucks hisbicuous drink at school. If I didn't vomit then I would have horrible outbursts of diarrhea. The worst thing ever is vomiting while having diarrhea. It was so horrible. Worst feeling ever!
I cannot stand vomit or vomiting to the point where its nearly a phobia. Also it hurts the throat due to the acid that comes up with it and it tastes horrific and makes me feel lightheaded. Luckily I don't vomit easily and cannot remember the last time I did
Vomiting is awful. Just take a tums.
I have GERD which is basically a reflux disease and my stomach has gotten upset from eating anything from bread and water to spaghetti, if I threw up everytime I'd have a ton of throat ulcers, but I take medicine to help calm the nausea.I wouldn't say that vomiting itself ever doesn't feel awful. It always does. However, there have been times where the nausea was so miserable that I welcomed vomiting knowing that relief would come afterwards--like ripping off a band-aid.
I voted B but it really depends on how bad I feel before vomiting. If I feel really bad to my stomach and I vomit, I usually feel better after throwing up. If I don't feel that bad before throwing up, I end up feeling about the same or worse.
Wish I could vomit all the time.

Oh shit! I just hurled! Thanks for the post, it helped bring it up (if you know what I mean)! It's a relief after I vomit but during vomiting, it's horrible, it's disgusting! Undigested food coming out of the mouth, the nose... the smell doesn't go away for hours! 🤢🤢🤢
I’d say C. There’s an immediate reduction in nausea and clearing of your head. It’s not good but immediately less bad.
Hard dry heaving is different.I always feel a tremendous amount of relief after I have vomited, but there is nothing that feels good about it. I feel awful while vomiting, and worse leading up to it.
I really hate vomiting. Last year I got severe food poisoning that progress into Ketoacidosis. I was vomiting blood before I was admitted to the icu. It was scary.
My body hates vomiting. As the stomach pushes up my esophagus closed down and I lock up. So the only way I can overcome it is to yell. So I sound like im being waterboarded to death.
I would not say it feels good but there usually is some relief unless you have a nasty stomach virus or food poisoning which it's going to be constant no matter what...
I rarely ever vomit, I should really eat or drink somethings very conflicting.
And also, what does this question has anything to do with sexuality topic? I guess health & fitness would have been better.I was hungover the other day and it was terrible but i felt a million times better after.
Yeah its not fun in the process and gross but definatly gets rid of being queezy all dayObviously I’d prefer not to vomit at all. But given the fact that unless you vomit you’re going to continue feeling nauseous, I totally understand why vomiting is the preferred option. I’d way rather vomit than carry on feeling nauseous!
Last time l vomited l was like 10
Now l can't even vomit for some reason 🙄
So now i try to take something to ease my nauseousI haven't vomited since I was a kid, so it's difficult to remember. But I think it felt good to vomit and get the feeling gone.
