I do have a problem. I struggled with an eating disorder awhile back. I admitted it, sought help from doctors and got on top of it.
But I still have slight relapses every now and again. The result of years of being bullied because of my size. And, the result of counting every single little calorie since I was 15.
So the doctor told me, and my parents, that the best way to avoid relapses is to seek affirmation from my peers. Have yourself a supportive community.
So, that said, has toothpaste ever made anyone fat? I think I already know the answer. Plus, I can't find any evidence of anyone getting fat from toothpaste.
But, I just need to hear someone say it. Because, the fear of the calories in toothpaste, especially when I brush late at night when you shouldn't be consuming calories, is scaring me.
I sometimes avoid brushing my teeth because I'm so scared. Someone, please, help me.
