What's your opinion, on average? ... Yes, i know that some people are either really weak/really strong, for their gender, so maybe it depends on the individual person?

Yeah I think there is quite a difference in our physical capabilities.

As an example today at work I stacked 20,000 pounds by hand back to back on pallets in the form of bags in a tight bull pen for 8 hours and you have to stand on top of the bags while your stacking them and place and stomp down on them so that they are straight and tight. And on top of that regularly lifted anywhere from 40-80lbs and also dumped several buckets weighing about 80-90 pounds. And I also climbed to the top of several silo's/bins which are about a good 30-50 feet high. And I did this in 17 degree temperatures, along with working/being outside in said temperatures for 2-3 hours. And this is just a causal day mind you we weren't exactly hauling ass or anything today.

To put it in work out terms I did the following.

I did 400 reps of movement similar to a squat with weight, weighing 50lbs for a total of 20,000 pounds. And if we were doing pallets of a 100 instead of 50 then that rep number would jump to 800.

I did 32 reps of a movement similar to a barbell row with weight ranging from 40-80 pounds.

I did 4 reps of a movement similar to a military press with weight, weighing 80 pounds.

I did around 80-100 reps of what is basically a vertical Stair Master

And I do this everyday while also wearing really heavy clothing and boots that probably weighs altogether a good 10 pounds at least because it's so damn cold at the moment. So I basically am working out for 8 hours straight everyday and that's on top of going to the gym when I can after work if I ain't to tired.

Hate to say it but men are just naturally stronger, faster and have better endurance then women. And that's not to say that women can't be strong but we have the advantage when it comes to anything physical.

And not to knock on you or anything because clearly you work out and look strong but do you think you could handle doing the same stuff every day for 8 hours?

And I am genuinely asking not trying to be rude or anything. Do you as a physical fit and strong young woman think you could physically handle doing that day after day after day. For 8,10 or 12 or 14 hours at a time depending on the workload?

Biology doesn't care about your feelings, you were designed to be a woman, not to compete with men. Women excel in support roles, and making more people. If you try to compete with men, you'll get hurt more often and more seriously, take longer to recover, benefit much less from additional training, and build less strength, and build it much slower than men.

Men are a lot stronger. On average, a man's upper body is about 3x stronger than a woman's and the legs are 2x stronger. With both being untrained.
A fit woman which is into weight lifting can reach the strength of the average untrained man.

Depends on the man and depends on the woman. Generally yes, men are stronger than women I say this because I'm stronger that quite a few of my male friends and I'm stronger than my brother.

It's a noticeable difference on avg. Some exceptions to the rule but it's there. Even in track on avg men run the 400m 5 seconds faster than women.

Tough question. in my opinion, on "average" I'd say men are a bit stronger than women. I have been an avid gym rat most of my life and I have met a lot of women who, pound for pound (or kg for kg if you use metric) can hold their own against the men. On sheer mass, they may not lift as much as men, but comparing how much they lift compared to how much their body weight is, I've seen many impressive women (usually aged about 20-50) in my day. This, of course, is not your average person, but the question is very subjective.

Women are between 33 to 60 percent weaker than men, depending on their size.
To put it to perspective, a 6 feet tall woman, has about as much effective muscle mass as a 5'1" guy.
Or, in other words, a woman of a similar athletic build has to be about 45 pounds heavier to be about as strong as a man.

Women also have different muscle fibers, ones that are geared towards endurance, whereas men have fibers geared towards twitch action.

Men, overall, are stronger than women. Genetics play a huge role, so one guy might be stronger than another based solely on that. Also the activities they take part in. Women only seem so weak because they do nothing. A woman can be strong, if she chooses to be. A lot of women are strong because they worked at it.

I’ve seen pics of girls that looked to be around my age and most certainly would be able to kick my butt in a heartbeat. lol Not that I’m in good shape, although the fact that I’m not further proves the difference in individually.

Honestly, it's huge. I've practiced martial arts for many years and when I wasn't even a green belt, but I could beat a 3rd dan black belt female that does international competitions.. You just have to admit it. Weight, length and pure muscle together just give us an immense advantage as males.

Men are way stronger (in a general sense), but women are faster/smarter/more flexible.  A woman could easily outsmart a man, like any good (fictional) male-female fight sequence in a movie.

The difference in pound for pound strength exists and is noticeable. On top of that the average man is significantly bigger. Combined they difference is quite large.

I feel like its more than a bit stronger but I wouldn't say it's a lot stronger either. They are stronger in average yes lol. They are also bigger on average at well. They're stronger by body weight alone and body composition (women naturally have more body fat than men.)

i read that men are 60% stronger than women. So a woman that can bench press 100 lbs is equivalent to a same-weight man that can bench 160 lbs. I think that's an enormous difference.

I remember a statistic that said 1000 men and a 1000 women were each made to throw a baseball, only 2 women were able to throw faster than even the slowest male pitch. I’d call that way stronger on men’s part.

I don't think it's necessarily measured in strength but toughness, it's not that men are always stronger but they're able to put up with a lot more strenuous things and more grueling, not saying it's always this way but I believe for the most part it is

Mem generally have the genetic advantage in upper body strength over women. That's not to say you won't find the opposite, but it's not the norm.
