What is the difference between whey protein concentrate (WPC) and whey protein isolate (WPI)?

Isolate would be better because the process used to manufacture it is more refined.
It's an isolate so has higher whey protein concentration as compared to WPC
It's more pure and contains no lactose so the lactose tolerant folk can use it too
Since it's got more whey per scoop, it's more effective than WPC
I would say WPI is better in that in the process it was filtered to get the most protein concentration. Less filler.
