Why do I randomly jolt while awake?

It kind of comes like a sneeze. Sometimes I’ll just be chilling somewhere, and then randomly jolt involuntarily. It’s like I get possessed for half a second and get forced to do the worm quickly. Sometimes I feel it coming but not always. I looked all over google but couldn’t find the answer. What is this thing called? Also, I was hit by a car while crossing the street about 3 years ago, and I don’t remember experiencing this before then.

The body uses calcium to contract. And if you are deficient in magnesium, your body has nothing to control proper muscle relaxing. Therefore the first thing I'd do in your situation would be to use magnesium oil spray to get my levels up. If you are deficient, it will sting. Once your levels get back to normal it will no longer sting.

I suggest you talk to a Doctor before trying, particularly if you are on any heart or blood pressure medication. Since you mentioned being hit by a car, you should get checked out anyway.

Either way, I guarantee your magnesium levels are low regardless.

It could be Neurological disease and maybe a Neurologist can help make a Diagnosis for you , There is lot of illnesses that this sounds like you could have , Sounds like some nerve damage is not triggering right from when you was hit by crossing the street hard to say?
