Just curious about it. I have pcos.
The gynecologist can feel them on a bimanual palpation exam (meaning two fingers in the vagina and the other hand pressing down on the lower abdomen) BUT if the patient has a panniculus or a thick layer of fat on the belly they cannot be felt. Most women with PCOS have a panniculus so feeling for the ovaries is not possible. The next thing would be to do a transvaginal ultrasound to view the ovaries.

No I never feel it move I would probably be scared if I did because I would think my body was falling apart.
