Which skinny is too skinny and is skinny with curves okay?

Question

Skinny with curves : wide hips compared to waist, big/medium boobs & butt, (thigh gap) slim thighs and slim arms.

The third one down is the only one that is probably too skinny - you can see a whole lot of rib cage and the waist is tiny compared to the hips. I mean, yes, generally those are good things but this example is pretty extreme. But I'd say it's a case-by-case basis. If that girl ate normally/healthy and wasn't starving herself or throwing up or using diet pills or whatever to stay that way, but was just naturally very small-waisted and thin, fine. But if she was doing something unhealthy to look that way, then she should stop. An extra 5-10 pounds certainly wouldn't hurt, but, again, I know some people just can't gain weight easily, so if it's natural, I'd be fine with it.
