Research on successful obese businesswomen/female bankers?

I am currently drafting a short story based on a successful obese businesswoman/ banker. I am hoping if you know of any such females you might be able to tell me about health issues, how they are physically impacted, does it seem to bother them. How to staff treat them behind their backs etc

I'd imagine few women fitting that description are obese. They're more likely to be in great shape.
