Probably no one. But so many say they can, yet you won't even see them proving such outstanding ability. Hard to believe it's remotely possible, as even armless people such as Adriana Macias or Cox have failed to do so.

Yes, I can and my toes can move forward and backwards at the joint. I also have a rare genetic connective tissue disease that causes this.

I bet the condition you're referring to is either EDS (Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome) or Marfan
