What do you eat for breakfast?

I'll usually eat a toast bread with avocado mousse...very common here in Chile.And tea,or juice.But not coffee,I don't like coffee :(

That actually sounds really good. Do you make the avocado mousse yourself, or is it something you buy somewhere? If you make it yourself, what all goes into it? I'd like to try, haha.

Usually for breakfast, assuming I eat, cause I rush a lot in the morning, I scramble up some eggs with some garlic salt, lots of pepper, sometimes some hot sauce and chives. I add grated cheese at the end and stir it in a little. Then I eat it with two pieces of toast: One piece buttered to put the eggs on top of, and the other piece buttered with some kind of preserves to eat on its own, so I get some fruit in there. Sometimes I drink tea, but usually I drink coffee.

Hey,well the avocado mousse is pretty easy to do.You just take a ripe avocado,take out the inside with a spoon and mash it with a fork.Then I'll usually salt it a little bit.That's it ;)

Oh okay! I thought you meant mousse as in more of a technical whipped kind of thing, lol. Your way is easy enough, that's how I usually eat avocados outside of a salad or something anyway: Diced and salted. So it wouldn't be much different to put it on toast, haha. I would probably go all crazy with it and mix it with cream cheese and half a dozen spices or something. =P

with tea or warm water with lemon / fresh mint. I hate coffee in the morning too. I can't even stand the smell of it!

I drink at least a cup of water before anything, though.

Every morning for breakfast I have a nice big bowl of nothing. But I make up for it by eating lunch twice. You eat a whole moose for breakfast every day? Everyone in Chile must be fat.

haha noo, I usually don't have time in work days since I'm at shool and it starts pretty early.but I'll mainly try to eat breakfast in the weekends.And speaking about the avocado mouse,that's waay healthier than the typical pancakes and all that stuff that is eaten in the US...Chile's population is pretty fat,though.

I ALWAYS eat breakfast. Usually muesli with youghurt, eggs with spinach, or a high fibre cereal with sliced banana. :)

Sometimes I'll have it with juice, but usually just water or green tea. I only drink coffee when I need the caffeine.

I do an invention of mine with bread, & egg its so good:) I make a hole in the bread put it in the pan but a little butter then I put the egg in the hole wait for it to cook in the bottom then I flip it and bam there it is my invention!

That's not your invention, I've seen it in cookbooks. My sister eats her bread and eggs like that.

Well I hardly know anyone that knows about this, I've done it for people and they freak out cuzz they never seen something like that and is not hard to make and I have not seen it in any restaurant.

Nice to meet somebody else who doesn't like coffee I swear it is like an addiction here in the U.S. I don't eat breakfast often but when I do I will have toast with jam or a bowl of cereal.
