I was never a big breakfast person. Then I got diagnosed with b12 deficiency so ever since I've been having this liquid breakfast since it's the only thing I could find with b12. It basically tastes like the milk left over from cereal.

Nutritional yeast contains massive amounts of B12 and can be bought online on Amazon - I got a bottle for $15 and it lasts a very long time. My last purchase was 3 years ago and the price might have gone up since then but its affordable because a tiny bit is all you need. I am just warning you to check ingredient labels cause it might contain sea food or non kosher meat or non halal meat or it might contain milk ingredients.
I don't really have use for nutritional yeast. I drink liquid breakfast as it's convenient for me, all my other meals contain b12
oh okay, if you get other benefits out of the food besides b12, then it might not be the best option to get nutritional yeast.
Breakfast has become my favourite meal of the day.
My go to breakfast foods is: oatmeal with various of toppings, overnight chia seed pudding - with greek yogurt when I know I'll be in a rush. Then I make myself quinoa pudding with bananas and dark chocolate on Saturdays & scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon with home baked bread - when I'm fancy that will be a banana bread on Sundays on my off weekends.
daily- Yogurt, banana or apple, black coffee
semi daily - hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon, breakfast sausage, home fries, hash browns, toast, cereal, breakfast bars, pancakes
Semi daily is what I may possibly have that day. So sometimes, I'll have a bowl of cereal to go with the daily.
I love milk! I don’t want to drink milk that tastes like breakfast cereal!
Breakfast is my favorite meal. I drink milk with bacon, eggs, and toast. —and coffee. …lots and lots of hot, black coffee.

Yes B12 deficiency is a bitch. I had it quite badly as I am vegetarian and mostly you get B12 from meat fish and poultry but cheese does too. You are more at risk as a vegan. There are vitamin tablets too.
I get injections monthly. But figured it can't hurt to add a little extra. I'm not vegan nor vegetarian.

Just curious. Was your B12 deficiency caused by skipping breakfast or something else?
No idea what the cause is. Not caused by skipping breakfast but having this for breakfast was an easy way to add some extra into my diet
Cool. I hope you stay motivated to have the same thing over and over. I am sure the deficiency will not last forever.
