Either cereals/muesli with fruits, a coffee and a smoothie later as post breakfast but still part of it.
Or some kind of egg variation with bread or breadrolls and coffee.
Depends on the day. Which one it is.10 Reply

A typical breakfast varies worldwide, and each has its charm. However, your simple start can be quite comforting. In Italy, you might enjoy a cappuccino with a warm cornetto, while a classic Japanese breakfast includes rice, miso soup, and grilled fish. Personally, I love starting my day with a bowl of fresh yogurt topped with seasonal fruits, inspired by my travels through Greece. Each region offers unique bites to awaken the senses. 🥐🍵

1.7K opinions shared on Food & Beverage topic. My typical breakfast is three organic, savory, turkey sausage links and a cherry turnover with coffee. The sausages do not have casings and are shaped like fat fingers.
But sometimes I'll have three scrambled eggs and buttered toast. Or, I'll sort of scramble eggs when they hit the skillet and then fry them lightly on both sides, put some cheese on top when I first flip them, and then put them between two pieces of toast for an egg sandwich.
I love bacon and peanut butter between two pieces of toast, but I don't have that very often.
And once in a while, when my wife is off work, she'll make pancakes. I like those drenched in Kerry Gold butter and pure maple syrup.
I make 24 oz of coffee every morning and pour it into two 12 oz car cups with sippy lids. To each of those I add just a touch of Equal Exchange hot coco powder (not very sugary) and enough cold whole milk to make them cool enough to drink.12 Reply- 8 mo
@exitseven. Organically raised turkeys, no chemical additives. All natural.

10 ReplyI like BRÖTCHEN there is no reall good translation in English. With ham, salami or cheese or sweet. Butter under it. Scrambled eggs. Croissant with ham, salami or cheese. Or chocolate cream - no nutella. I only eat chocolate cream without palmoil. Palmoil ir not healthy and not good for the climate. German bakery is excellent. And I dont speak about Discounter who "warm" the bread in the oven and bake it to finish.

8 moUsually don't eat breakfast. When I do it's usually when visiting my sister, so it's more of a luxury than staple. Also it's closer to brunch time since she sleeps late, and by then I've been awake for hours so in that sense it's closer to lunch for me. Egg-in-a-hole fried in butter.
10 Reply1.6K opinions shared on Food & Beverage topic. For me it's:
- Cereals, e. g granola, or cornflakes...
- Eggs with smoked seitan
- Sandwich with vegetarian salami, mayo, and smoked cheese
- Bread and butter with jam (or marmalade)
- Borek with yogurt, or kefir
10 ReplyCoffee ☕, and toast with butter and bacon or eggs or both and hash browns depending on timeline and location.
If at Home working more resources and usually time to complete more food items.
Away / out town work and distance between the location I'm staying and traveling for work would be the main factor of eating at worksite or prior to arrival and what's available.
00 ReplyAnything really -A bagel, museli, granola, porridge, toast, pancakes and fruit, croissants, cheese on toast, always with a hot cup of strong tea.

30 Reply Hmmm usually 4 egg whites, one egg w/the yolk. couple slices of Canadian bacon, 1 slice of Whole wheat toast/plain, 1/2 cup of strawberries and 1/2 cup blueberries. 8 cups of coffee lol... seriously I add a couple double espressos on gym days too. On colder days, usually oatmeal with blueberries, strawberries, and bananas. Add the same coffee schedule lol

8 moDry bread is not English breakfast wtf are you saying. That is your breakfast, not an English breakfast"
English breakfast must have eggs, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, toast, sausages, and bacon. I will remove the bacon because it is very unhealthy, and include just one sausage for the same reason.
And yes of course English breakfast tea. I know the English may add black pudding and so called hash browns. But I don't know what they are. I never had them.
00 ReplyI've cut coffee and tea out because it was giving me stomachs. So I've switched over to having soup with bread. Sometimes Ill have Miso Soup and toast with jam. I like a savory and sweet, but I like having something warm in the morning.
