1.7K opinions shared on Food & Beverage topic. My wife buys packages of Applegate Naturals turkey sausage. They are finger size, not in casings, and are really tasty.
I heat three of those in my toaster oven while I make 24 oz of organic Café Justo coffee.
I pour the coffee into two 12 oz car cups with sippy lids. To each of those cups I add about 3/4 tsp of Equal Exchange hot coco powder (not too sugary) and top them off with enough cold whole milk to cool them off enough to drink.
Then I munch my sausages and follow them with a cherry turnover while I sip my coffee and scroll through my laptop.
That's my routine on most days.11 Reply

I never feel very hungry in the morning, so I usually skip it completely. I start work quite early in the morning and feel it helps me focus on the tasks at hand. I may have something around 11 or 12, which can be a toast of bread, or greek yoghurt with some honey mixed in.
I'm also not really a coffee person. I might have one during the day, but am fine without it.

9 moPeach yogurt, with a small bowl of mixed nuts, LIGHTLY salted. I've had them unsalted and they suck lol At times I'll have a hard boiled egg or a bagel with cream cheese 😋 but I'll always end my breakfast with a couple handfuls of red grapes.

@Beckybooboo so dinner is what?

Sometimes I make lasagna or chicken Parmesan and pig out! I'll make philly cheesesteak but my guilty pleasure, is a little drive through restaurant about two miles away, that has the best greasy cheeseburgers, fries and mozzarella sticks! 🤤 I always save that for Friday night, when I'm off my diet 😂
