I change it up every day. Most days before I go in to work I don’t eat breakfast. It would make my stomach upset. I just go coffee and take it in with me. On my days off though sometimes I make pancakes, sometimes I make eggs, sometimes I do cereal. Sometimes I heat up a breakfast sandwich. Those are my usual go to for breakfast.

This morning was crushed oatcake and buttermilk with 2 cups of coffee
Since my kcal. demand at morning isn't high I drink just two big coffee.
Fresh fruit juice, cereal and hot buttered toast with honey, along with hot tea.

No , 2 meals a day is plenty for anyone , and the most important to skip is break/fast , which was created by the food industry , so I've just had break - fast ( Its 4pm ) and between 4 - 8pm will get me to 20/ 4 in intermittent fasting , which is close to my normal procedure.
It varies. Sometimes, eggs and toast, sometimes a donut or bagel, sometimes a piece of coffee cake. Most of the time, though, I have a bowl of cereal with milk. Oh, and I always have a cup of coffee, with a bit of flavored creamer added.
Under normal circumstances, I'll have an apple and bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on a bagel (or something else with eggs) or cereal. And, of course, a nice cup of coffee.
It depends. Half a chocolate croissant or a little bit of chocolate.
