Music. If your smart you can easy get special previsions at school to have stuff like allowing you to have one eye-phone in so you can listen to music and relax. Of course helps when not at school too but i did this a lot. Drawing even if your bad at it, Writing, just doing something creative to get your mind off things. Unhealthy things work to like cigs and drinking and whatever else.
You might need to talk to your doctor and get you some Xanax

In my case, the only way to stop my anxiety is to stop the flow of time. Unitary evolution of physical system makes me anxious, so that means literally everything, from water in the faucet to the Moon's position.

A lot of exercise and eating right plus, take a lot of vitamins. Get a home to live in. Being homeless will upset anyone of all ages no wonder your feeling like this. Get help from a church that truly cares or talk to the school board about your issues where they can help you and your family out not just adopt you out.

Do you have any brothers and sisters? breath in for 4 seconds through your nose. Then breath out through your mouth for 5 seconds. It will at least calm you down.
