Would you donate your ovaries to science (If you don't like children)?

Nope, and all the people who said yes didn't think this through. We need those ovaries for estrogen. Take those ovaries out and we lose estrogen which means that it sets us up for a whole host of medical problems such as premature osteoporosis, early onset of dementia and potentially greatly increases breast cancer risk. So, for me it would be a no. Plus no fertility clinic would accept my ovaries because I am the carrier of a rare genetic connective tissue disease.

Also you don't necessarily need to dislike children to do this. People can do it after having babies too or even after the 3 month of pregnancy
