Yes, I have received Chiropractic treatment and have felt much better
I have Dr Marrissa Abbott and she's a wonderful Chiropractor and always
makes me feel better I went to her before Christmas and wow was I hurting
she does that one adjustment where I'm afraid to fall off the table but she's
told me don't worry you won't fall and it's amazing but she makes me feel better
years ago my one grandma went to a Chiropractor and he broke her leg there's
a picture of my grandma ( late ) in a foot boot... Thanks for sharing the video
I watched the whole 30-minute video every Chiroprater does different treatment

As for me I visit a chiropractor once a month for an adjustment & I’m in & out of there in ten minutes. Knock on wood there is nothing wrong with my back I just do it for preventative maintenance & because it’s covered by my insurance company.

No but I want to, I have been looking at these videos for months now, and it looks just really good. But no idea how to find a good one. Perhaps I could interview one to find one right for me, but for someone who's never been what do you ask them even

I used to get treatment but I have spinal surgery last summer & don't require treatment now.

I have when needed and it works. Id limit it due to risks. the real problem is imbalanced and weak muscles and worn out body parts.

some like to see you every week for life. that's insane. but if you enjoy the touch and process and it's worth your $, then ok.

I go to a chiropractor when I'm hurt.

Important: go to a chiropractor who tests what nerves are pinched and what is not aligned. My chiropractor has me lay on my back, raise my arms, and try to hold them or push them certain ways. Then he adjusts how I am laying my head and tests again, to find what nerves are pinched. Don't go to a chiropractor who just tries to move and crack whatever he can.

If I could I totally would. I had some done when I was a teen and it was amazing. The next chance I get where it's reasonable to do so, I'm totally doing it again

I crack my own back, and I love it. If I had a girlfriend tho, I would ask her to crack it. Then tell her to sit on my face to hit the ultimate zen state

You're missing an option. I used to see a chiropractor regularly but I gave it up because it's basically a waste of time and money (for me at least). It only lasts for about a few hours.

I have it as part of my physical therapy from my shoulder injury , it feels good once they're done and I'm able to move a lot freer afterwards
