Trending & News A good chiropractor can make a world of difference. A bad one will just take your money and won't do shit.
The trick is finding a good one. Stay away from any that get into a bunch of new age mumbo jumbo. Stay away from any that have you going time and again without making any progress.
Find one that is highly recommended. If you don't notice some difference after 3-4 sessions, then find another one. You will know if they are actually doing anything.
Keep in mind that it's much the same with regular medical doctors. A LOT of medical doctors just take your money and don't do shit. Or they actually make things worse. Personally I've had MUCH better luck with chiropractors than regular MDs. Maybe that's just luck of the draw, but that has been my experience.
My coach had one come it to work on the whole team. I liked it.
Hockey
something about alignment.
I see a chiropractor once a month for my back and ankles because those take the most work from my job of lifting and carrying and bending down to let go etc.
You’d be surprised how much it helps and how much range of motion you might not have realized you lost
No. I grew up going to applied kinesiologist's though which is a chiropractor with far more techniques and knowledge. They have saved me countless times.

Yes, and mostly no. My only memories of visiting a chiropractor, i arrived feeling fine and left in pain. I’m not entirely convinced my mother wasn’t paying the guy to “accidentally” kill me.
I saw a chiropractor after every week for several months to correct a winged scapula from lifting. Definitely worth the money
Several years ago, I had 4 or 5 sessions with a chiropractor. I had lower back and neck pain. He aligned my spine and the pain went away.
Oh yeah. I go at least a few times a year. I always feel so much better.
I'm a bit scared of chiropractors. I've heard about stories that didn't end very well and people were left with permanent damages.
I did, and never again... what a nightmare... only exhilarated the problem.
Got too expensive. My insurance now covers massage and acupuncture so I do that now.
Tbh, I'm still undecided. It feels VERY relaxing but curative? No
They are quacks. Physical therapy and a massage would do more for someone.
Never but I go to a masseur every month
My upper back and shoulders, my calves or my glutes.
I've heard of plantar fasciitis, just didn't know what it was.
That sounds awful
Oh I completely understand
Chiropractors are godsend if you find a good one, But you’ll be paying for it.
