Is 75 Hard too unreasonable?

So, on a previous question about looks that I only asked to girls in what they thought of my physical appearance, short height, etc. The Reponses were mixed (which is slightly different; since they're usually almost always negative). Anyway, one woman, @CalmYourTits, suggested I do 75 Hard, implying she's done it or currently doing it. So I looked into it.

Is 75 Hard too unreasonable?
This is meant to be a mental toughness challenge. In many ways, it's basically the One Punch Man challenge. But instead of 100 pushups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats, and a six mile run everyday for 30 days, it's slightly easier and harder. The 75 Hard Challenge is:

1. Remain on a highly healthy diet.

2. Drink a gallon of water (128 oz., 3800 ml).

3. Workout for 45 minutes indoors or outdoors.

4. Read at least ten pages of a self-help book.

5. Workout for 45 minutes strictly outdoors.

6. Take a progress pic every day.

7. Do all of this literally everyday for 75 days straight.

Why not 30 days? Why not 60 days? It's an arbitrary number Andy Frisella came up with. Now on paper, this doesn't sound too hard. But let's break it down.
Is 75 Hard too unreasonable?
1. Healthy diet. Medium-hard.

2. Gallon of water. Harder than you realize.

3. 1st 45 mins. Medium-hard.

4. Read ten pages. Easy.

5. 2nd 45 min outdoors. Hard.

6. Pics. Easy.

7. 75 days straight. Nearly impossible!

There are people who can do this challenge: People who already work out an hour every single day and already drink nearly a gallon of water daily. ... AND ARE ALREADY FIT! You'll not see one Before pic of anyone who is overweight/out of shape already.

Am I being unreasonable? Is 75 Hard something do-able for most people, or is it complete insanity? You tell me. In either case, I'm going to do "75 Medium," even though they say not to tweak the program in any way. I don't care; some progress is better than none.
