Yeah being on the internet too much and social media does cause depression because people post all of the best and not the worse. Their life isn't perfect actually no ones life is. Try to slowly decrease the amount of hours you watch or comment. My best advise is start reading the Bible. Casting all your worried to the Lord so that he can help you through this. He wants us to have a relationship with him, pray daily. If you have a body odor try taking a nice shower with good smelling soaps. Sometimes body odors come from within so if you are eating bad stuff junk food it will come out through your pores. Once you start to get in the habit of eating more healthy food and being aware of what you put in your mouth you will notice a big difference in your depression, your body odor. Don't give up it will get easier and don't be so hard on yourself. We are all going through things we just push through it. Message me if you'd like!!!
