Well you did the best thing right there by saying it out loud now that you said it out loud you have to acknowledge it and accept it once you do that then you have to do something about it
And that means stay busy that means get your butt up take a shower brush your teeth comb your hair go do something motivate no matter what it is you have to keep moving forward if you keep doing that you will eventually come out of it but if you just lay around and think about it all the time you're going to stay right there in it get up and motivate every single moment of the day do not hold yourself back because that's all you will be doing and you'll live like that forever f*** that get up and move do not sit still you will get there you can do it if you want it bad enough you can do it if you want to be happy you're the only person on the inside of you that can make you happy you're also the only person on the inside of you that can make you sad it's a choice do it motivate if you need help DM me

Reduce the screen time as much as possible. And find some paperback book to read. The best thing is to go for exercise daily twice or once a day. Interact with people.
And write things down.
Don't keep them in your head. This puts pressure on the brain. And not a good one as well.
evaluate low style choices that can lead to depression (food, consumption of media, friends, etc)
but mostly you should probably talk to a behavioral health specialist
Stop spending time indoor and go out. Find friends, go for short trips, do some activity with other people.. like cycling or something.. exercise everyday. Sleep early.
Talk to a therapist and tell them how you feel and take things from there.
Make yourself busy with reading or exercising.
