I feel like sometimes the things that people are telling me are signs of depression are actually all in my head. I've thought about suicide a lot in the past six months but I know I'm too weak to actually do it. However at the same time I feel like I'm just exhibiting these behaviors and thought to be an attention whore. I can't go to a therapist because the one nearest to me is too far away (I also can't drive and my parents refuse to believe there's anything wrong with me so they won't take me.) I know I'm using this app to vent which is probably not good, but I just need advice because I feel like the advice I've been given is extremely biased and not helpful. Advice on anything really (how to get help or just personal opinions) would be appreciated.
