MORNING ROUTINE
1. The very first thing I do is get on my meditation pillow and practice mindfulness for about 20 minutes.
2. After that, I drink green tea and eat raw pumpkin seeds for about 20 minutes. During this time I go over my belief systems and/or make notes.
3. I then use my ZIIP for about 15 minutes. And then my face masks for about 15 minutes.
4. I then do all the other stuff: brush teeth, shower, get dressed, etc.
EVENING ROUTINE
1. I get on my meditation pillow and practice mindfulness for about 20 minutes.
2. I drink decaf green tea and eat raw sesame seeds for about 20 minutes. During this time I go over my nightly dreams and/or take notes.
3. I then write out affirmations, "Tonight I am remembering and recording my dreams."
4. When I put my head on the pillow I practice mindfulness until I fall asleep.
I wake up, drink two glasses of cold water, make coffee, cuddle/play with my dog for 5 minutes, read for 30 mins while I have my coffee, excercise for 15 minutes, take a cold shower and meditate, shave my head usually every second day, then begin research for work, then actually start work. No nighttime routine.
Morning:
Wake up
Shower
Use an acne toner on my face
Moisturize my face
Get dressed
Have my coffee
Eat breakfast
Put on my makeup
Do my hair
Brush my teeth
Go to work
Night:
Take off my makeup with makeup remover wipes
Exfoliate my face with cucumber wipes or I use an exfoliating face wash
Use acne toner again
Moisturize face
Brush teeth again
Paint my nails (not every night, but when I get a chance to either fix them or paint them a different color)
Relax and watch TV
Go to bed
You asked about skincare routines, although hardly anyone has mentioned theirs.
Mine is simple. I take my makeup off/clean my face with micellar water at night, and then use a toner.
In the morning I wash my face with cold water, and apply a serum all over it, followed by an application of a caffeine serum for my dark circles.

Usually I have classes at morning and I study at night. This causes me to be sleep-deprived, so my morning and night aren't exactly balanced 😭 but I'm mostly active at night studying or surfing the web.

Morning routine: Wake up, snuggle my bean, get dressed, take meds, and go to work, try not to wanna die.
Night routine: try not to wanna die and go to sleep

I wake up super early to just enjoy my oatmeal, watch some shows with my boyfriend and then head to work. And pretty much my night I try to play a bit of games after my facial routine and call it a night xD. Simple
Morning : wash my face with jus water , brush my teeth , brush my hair and usually eat and get to class. Night time : shower , wash face with face cleanser and then wipe my face with toner and brush my teeth. Usually I sleep at 11 or 12 am so ya.
Unfortunately, since I was about 8 I was stuck taking Drugs morning and night.

Only very loose one. I wake up go to the bathroom then brush my teeth and in the evening I fill the tub when it fills I exercise push ups, squats and sometimes plank and after bathing I brush my teeth and use micellar water and moisturizer.
Night routine:

Watch YouTube until I fall asleep

I try to keep consistent routines in hopes it will make me sleepy at night and more awake in the morning

Yeah, I stay up as late as possible, then stay in bed as late as possible.
I do things when they are needed, I go with the flow.
My routine is no routine. As soon as you get a routine that’s when they get you.
