I wake up in the morning brush my teeth, put on deodorant, and brush my hair. That is a simple morning routine, but it gets the job done.

I wake up, drink 20oz water, mix protein powder, creatine, cocao powder, erythritol, & blended walnuts into a bowl & eat it just fully dry. Flex in the mirror before going to the bathroom to further flex while freshening up. Then I turn on some music & flex some more but to the beat of the songs yk. After that it's time to probably eat again. I'll eat some carbs & flex in the mirror as I get ready for my workout. I workout, flex with the pump I have, run downstairs & eat some carbs quickly so that I can run back upstairs to flex some more. Then by then it's bed time so I'll go to the bathroom to freshen up shirtless ofc & then head into bed after flexing & posing some. Rinse & repeat.

Yep 2 cups of coffee earlier in the morning cereal later on with a small glass of orange juice shower gaming all day lol

Sure! Who doesn't. Get up brush teeth, get out the coffee and milk, have cereal or eggs and veggies. Water pik. So stretches. Go outside and water all the plants.

Head over to have coffee with a neighbor and talk over news and events of the day. Start doing paid work at home or at gig site.

Yes, brew coffee, take the dog for a walk, play music, have my morning shower and head to work.

Waking up. Depending on the day of the week and the day's schedule, I may do a quick shower and head out (Saturday mornings), or do chores and eat before I "start my day".

Sit up in bed, turn on the computer screen and delete the top couple songs from the Windows Media Player list which I heard the night before just before I fell asleep, ad a few more to the bottom of the play list to make up for those I just dropped, see what e-mails have shown up, get a video ready to play while I get dressed, go downstairs to get breakfast, step out front to see if the bunnies are in the yard begging for bread, get my breakfast and continue watching while I eat. Go to the basement to get tea. Come back up to watch more video while drinking tea. Then, get on with other stuff I need to do.
Up until about 5 days ago: get up, drop those couple songs, add a couple more to the bottom, check my e-mails to see if my girlfriend wrote me, turn on the phone in case she wanted to text me, get dressed, feed the bunnies, get breakfast and tea, spend nearly all the rest of the day writing to or texting her.
