Yes. I typically get up and drink a cup of coffee. I then proceed to fix my breakfast. Then get dressed and do my makeup and out the door.

Wake up, smudge, meditate, tea, do a bit of writing/my brain intensive tasks for the day, breakfast, then off to my day job.
