My wife is usually at work by the time I get up.
I pee, wash my hands, brush my teeth, wash my face, and brush my hair, then go back and make the bed and put on some boxer briefs.
I mix some health powder stuff into a 1 liter bottle of my well water. I take that into the living room, turn on my wi-fi router, put in eye drops for glaucoma, and wash down a handful of vitamins and supplements with the health drink.
Once I finish the drink, I put water on the stove to heat. Then I make 24 oz of coffee in my French press. Once the coffee has steeped, I pour it into two 12 oz car cups with sippy lids. I add the equivalent of one level tsp of Equal Exchange hot coco powder to each cup and top them off with a bit of cold, whole milk to cool them off enough to drink.
That's the start of each day. :-)

Get up, let my dog out, give my cats treats, wash the animals dishes, feed the cats, let the dog in, feed him, give my cat his insulin shot, put coffee on, go take a shower, dry off, get dressed, brush teeth, open the shades in the kitchen and dinning room, make my coffee in my insulated cup, head out the door and go to work.
I wake up and go back to sleep a couple times before waking up and I stay in bed a good 20 min at least on my phone before going to wash up and doing skincare. I have a very bad diet so I typically don’t eat until afternoon or even 4-5 sometimes. If I have places to go like hanging out with friends or school I’ll put on some makeup. Or if I’m on a time crunch, I’ll skip the 20 min on my phone lol.
Turn on coffee machine, drink water, do light yoga & meditate, shower days - I shower, otherwise I wash down and start skin care/make up, get dressed, fix up breakfast which I eat while I journal and look over today's plan. - depending on time and the plans of the day I'll read a little or knit while listening to a podcast.

Wake up, stretch and pop my old body, make up my bed, exercise, then wash up and head to work!
On weekends, I might sleep in a little late, but it's more or less the same, sans the work part. I mostly take it easy on the weekends and lay in bed, watch tv, and browse the internet until I feel like moving around.
Wake up, yawn, stretch, walk to the bathroom, (if I don’t have morning wood) - pull my pj’s and underwear down, sit on the toilet, let my bladder empty itself, pull pj’s up, flush toilet, wash hands, find something to eat if I’m hungry, if not - grab my phone and hop on girlsaskguys. com and hope to see that beautiful orange bell that lets me know of notifications. Then after that is whatever the day brings you.

depending on my schedule:

Weekends: if girlfriend is over, get some ass with morning wood, both get coffee. Then both jump in shower get some ass, then just do thing we couldn't get done during week... lol
I struggle to get out of bed and then shower. After that I take medicine and see if I feel good for eating breakfast or not.
After getting up from I just sit for some time. Then drink about 1 litre of water, then brush my teeth and have milk.

I start with my bible study and start the coffee. Then do any homework I need then go to school if I have a class. Sometimes I go skating if I can.

That's the whole day, hence repeat.I woke everyday at 6 o'clock and I am washing my face after that I am eating my snacks, drinking tea and I am getting ready for work and I am leaving home at 7 o'clock everyday..
