Mine takes me about 2 hours to get through normally 😅 I get up, feed the cats, feed myself, clean the litter box, clean my hands, face, and teeth, do 15 minutes of yoga, take my vitamin gummies and allergy medication, spend 15 minutes meditating while simultaneously stretching my neck on a special pillow made to eliminate the hump at the bottom of my neck and top of my spine, and then get ready to handle the rest of my day.

Get up, coffee, breakfast for family, shower, off to work

1. wake up drenched in a good ol' disgusting freezing cold sweat and pain like 4 times after 3 am till like 7-8 am bc life loves me 2. after laying there contemplating life for like 20 minutes... take my meds, let my dog out, and check my phone 3. take a shi-... I MEAN shower bc i feel gross. i will stretch before that tho bc scoliosis 4. feed my dog and sometimes i'll eat while talking to my grandma, then water the plants outside so she doesn't have to 5. why are you still reading this lol i'm not gonna go on anymore about it

I go to the gym for 30 minutes, come back and shower then read for an hour.

Daily even if its cold outside? Where do you run, around house or sport centre?

Trying to get reliably awake with hot tea. 😵💫
