I've been struggling really hard to get muscle definition, the size is there but barely any def. I decided to ask coaches and nutritionists and such and apparently my body type is "bulky" and I need a very strict diet to get the muscle definition that "lean" body types get much more easily.
I've gotten over it and don't really care much as long as I'm strong, but I'd like to know which one the girls like more and which one is more common with guys here.
Are there any other differences between the two types?
